Who We Are

Licensed, certified, and experienced Substance Use  and Mental Health Counselors

Providers of addiction and mental health counseling services using online interactive video conferencing technology-referred to as Teletherapy. Teletherapy (or Telehealth) is the delivery of counseling and therapeutic services by addiction and mental health professionals via secure video or audio chat.  Clients meet with clinicians remotely from the comfort of their own home. This is accomplished with a HIPPA-compliant secure video or audio “call” with a clinician.  Nellie Newsom, a Certified Substance Use Clinician, founded eWorld of Health in 2021 to provide online high-quality substance use and mental health services to treat addictions, depression, anxiety, alcohol, drugs, and co-occurring mental health disorders in response to the COVID-19 crisis.

What We Do

We specialize in Substance Use and Mental Health treatment using Teletherapy or Online Counseling with the aid of  video, phone, or Tablet.

eWorld of Health provides a convenient, affordable means for the residents of North Carolina and Virginia to receive substance use and mental health counseling services from the comfort of their own home, without having to come into an office.  Prior to admission to eWorld of Health online Substance Use and/or Mental Health Counseling program, an initial intake evaluation is conducted to establish diagnoses and determine which ASAM level of care is appropriate. The results of these evaluations inform eWorld of Health multidisciplinary treatment team’s comprehensive individualized treatment plan for each client’s level of care determination.
